Mr. Leonardt SMS Program (“Program”) provides text messages related to Mr. Leonardt services and client communications. Messages may include:

• Intake confirmations and next-step instructions (Owner, Co-Host, and Guest Concierge)
• Document and form delivery links you request by SMS
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates (when applicable)
• Service updates and customer support communications

2. Opt-In / Consent (How You Join)
